JDM-26: Upgraded version of static point model 4-position hydraulic valve (with mid-position oil return function, no need to set remote control) can drive 4-way cylinders to work

Functional features: hydraulic valve with mid-position oil return

1: When the oil pump is turned on and no cylinder is in motion, the high-pressure oil flows directly back to the tank through the mid-position oil return line in the valve body. The system pressure is minimal.

2: When the oil pump is turned on and a single cylinder is in motion (any), the high-pressure oil flows to the cylinder that produces the motion. The system pressure depends on the load size. When the load is less than the power generated by the system set pressure, the system pressure is the same as the load until the cylinder stroke reaches the limit, and the system pressure is the maximum relief valve opens. When the load is greater than the power generated by the system set pressure, the system pressure reaches the maximum and the relief valve opens directly.

3: When the oil pump is turned on and 2 or N (N depends on the number of valves) cylinders are turned on at the same time, high-pressure oil flows to N cylinders. The system pressure depends on the load size. When the load is less than the power generated by the system set pressure, the system pressure is the same as the load until the stroke of each cylinder reaches the limit, and the system pressure is the maximum relief valve opens. When the load of each cylinder is greater than the power generated by the system set pressure, the system pressure reaches the maximum and the relief valve opens directly.

4: JDM's reversing valve, such as the N-position valve, as long as one cylinder moves, the middle return oil circuit will be blocked, but there is another high-pressure oil that can lead to the high-pressure area of all cylinder positions, so our reversing valve can make all oil circuits move at the same time, but when there are many movements, whether the movements can be completed at the same time depends on the flow of the oil pump. When the flow is insufficient, the oil with a smaller load completes the movement first, and then the oil circuit with a larger load can complete the movement. It is recommended to use the static point model JDM-20, JDM-21 large flow oil pump.

Introduction: JDM upgraded 4-position hydraulic valve, the upgraded valve has a mid-position oil return function. With the mid-position oil return function, when the oil pump opens the oil cylinder but does not work, the high-pressure oil of the oil pump can be directly returned to the oil tank through the 4-position valve, and no high pressure will be generated in the oil pipe.
